suits me - been to all but 2 away games and usually buy for all those in the car - just won't be able to get to the ground until late afternoon so may have to 'phone.

Bit gutted they haven't included the Sheff Wednesday or Coventry in the 10. That screws me over by 1 ticket...but fair play to those who have been to the correct amount.
Just gutted I can't be there for a last game ever at a ground added to the possible excitement of the end of season run-in

As anyone who knows me knows i have been toevery game this year but not purchase 10 on my own card. Four of us take it in turns to order. Just be on the phone to see if we have qualified for a ticket, got through, she put me on hold for 15 minutes, then comes to 5.29pm and i get cut off without an answer. Bastard!!!!!!!!!!

I've been to 11 before the Sheffield game, yet the system only says I've been to 8! I'm going up to the ground tomorrow to fight my case.

As long as you are on the club database there should not be a problem

In principal it sounds fair enough.
Sounds like there are a few glitches in the details but I'm fine with not getting ticket as I have only been to one away game this season.

Seems pretty sensible, went up today to get our three Coventry tickets and asked about the Clochester situation. To be fair the girl serving went out to the back and brought the ticket office manager out who asked me my name and proceeded to point me out on a list which said I had 3 tickets allocated to me. He said we'd got about 400 or so on the list with 10 games or more (I assume he means in multiples and not 400 people who could buy for many more). Then it will go to people who have attended (I think) 6-9 away games and I would imagine that would see the end of them. Stoke could have royally fooked this up but I reckon they've done as well as they could have and it's the fairest way I feel.

As Jamo points out the club have handled this as well as they could have done. I'll miss out, and probably rightly so. Ive only been to six away games and I'm not an ST holder. Those able to attend are, by definition, the clubs loyalest fans, so it seems fair.
I suppose there is a wee chance some of the people who are allocated multiple tickets might bang these on e-bay??? I dont see anything in that release that would stop that from happening?
You'd hope not, but I suppose its the only chance people like me could go.
If results went our way (God willing) we could go into this needing a win to go up. If that happened the tickets would be even more keenly sought than they are now.
If we lost our next three games we might not even sell the buggers .....

"For example, if Mr Smith normally purchases three tickets he would then be allowed to buy up to that amount for this fixture.
The other supporters in the party would need Mr Smith to buy their tickets as they would not be recorded on the system".
Sorted ;D

Well I have been to enough games but did not buy my own ticket ----- still - I am sure my "pal" will make sure he gets mine as usual so i think a very fair system - then what are left to them with over 5 etc. Clever not including Coventry and Sheffield. They are certainly trying to think it through anyway.

sadly several scenarios exist were people who would qualify if the club had kept adequate records may miss out...at least on the initial round...would hope the club learn from their mistakes in time for next season.
That having beensaid , if you've bought in 'bulk' whatever you do don't fall out with your own personal 'Mr Smith'

agree witht he system, only fair that those who travel regularly to away games have priority here. as others have said, i just hope it doesn't turn a bit sou with touts selling them on for ridiculous money. the beam back seems reasonably priced though so even though i haven't been 10 away i can still watch the match at the brit.

I had been to 11 before Sheff Wed (12 in total so far) yet the system only says 8, but I've kept all my ticket stubs....
if I take them with me on Monday morning what chances have I got do you reckon?

Kidsgrove - do it mate, you've got the stubs to prove it, you don't know until you try.

I reckon you'll be fine if you've got all your stubs (I would hope). There's fewer than you'd think who have been to 10 or more away games so I would hope common sense will prevail. Good luck!
