Not suggesting we should sign him at all like... But have a gander at 1857 on the BBC text updates. I don't like wanker Warnock but if true, this lad is in a bit of trouble. I remember the numerous incidents that have endeared him to fans in the past but chuffing hell this is taking the biscuit a bit isn't it? Despicable behaviour imo. news.bbc.co.uk/sport2/hi/football/9349300.stm

I can't stand Warnock, he is one of the biggest moaners in the game ( Stoke fans apart ;D ) but he is bang on here. I can't stand that dirty spitting bastard and the sooner he is gone the better!

Two sides to every story.
The player(cant remember his name), completely took out Gael Givet, who was stretchered off.
The player is then injured, and Diouf gives him a word or two. Diouf didn't know he was so seriously injured.

Also on the bbc site Warnock says he left Taarbat out of the squad because he feared he might break a leg! I dont know what he based that on, must be Danny Murphy's comments because Blackburn are not a dirty team.

Diouf's reputation's shafted him on this one.
If it was anyone else having a tourette shit fit at the QPR player, It'd have been treated as "Emotions running high", "Heat of the moment" and all that wankery, But because it's old phelgm-wad it's being blown out of proportion a bit.

I like Diouf, some great banter when he played at The Brit. I think he loves the whole pantomime bad guy thing that surrounds him.

How did Diouf get past our immigration restrictions to get here anyway? We should send him back!

It'll be interesting to see how Blackburn (officially) respond to this. Imagine if a manager of another team (very) publicly described Ryan or Deano (or whoever) in the same terms ... then we for sure, wouldn't let it go unchallenged.

If it was El Hadj Diouf though, I think we'd be saying "yeah pretty much spot on".

I think most of us would concur with Warnock's assessment of Diouf's character. He may be unwise to say it given that he is a professional football manager but he's pretty much spot on IMO. Diouf's reputation has been hard earned.

If it was El Hadj Diouf though, I think we'd be saying "yeah pretty much spot on". If he was a Stoke City player we wouldn't (officialy) say (quite rightly) that all ... unless we we're prepared to show him the door.

If Diouf was a Stoke player I'd be calling him worse things daily. He's alongside Barton in the never, ever, ever, ever should sign for Stoke category but unlike Barton he's not a particularly good footballer.

I would The man is complete scum and if he ever, which I doubt anyways, were to sign for Stoke he'd still be the scum of the Earth because of his vile character. If he was in a Stoke shirt, it wouldn't cover up that fact and you'd be stupid to be blinded by the Stoke badge in regards to that fact

Bayern and SRF .. you appear to have both missed the bit that I suggested would be of interest to people. That being, how Diouf's club would officially respond to the acqusation that has been made ... rather than being bothered about what a couple of web ***** on some footy messageboard thought about it.

You'd expect his club to defend their player Paul unless they feel his actions are indefensible. You'r right, it will be interesting to see the response.

Diouf didn't know he was so seriously injured. It's come out in the press today that Diouf knew the extent of Mackie's injury, whilst standing over him taunting "fuck you and fuck your leg." Not only that but apparently, he tried to slap another QPR player (Bradley Orr) after the game and continued his tirade into the tunnel, promptly causing a ruccus in the changing rooms. He's a sweet lad isn't he?

First of all and if you hadn't noticed, Diouf is a reet disgusting little runt! Secondly, correct me if I'm wrong, Peter Walton was the referee for the Blackburn QPR game, he was also the ref for the Stoke Arsenal game in which Ramsey suffered an unfortunate broken leg in similar fashion to Mackie. Now I seem to recall that Walton's reason for sending Shawcross off was because of the severity of the injury, so this should mean Gael Givet should be sent off as well! Yet he wasn't! Typical inconsistent refereeing!

The difference is that Mackie was the one who actually committed the foul (I think), whereas Ramsey was obviously fouled by Ryan.

I still think Walton should've blown for a free-kick for a push on Ryan by Bendtner in the build-up to the Ramsey injury though, and the foul itself should've been nothing more than a free-kick.
