...included a booking for handball giving away a penalty at 1-0 down!
Yet here he is, back in Stoke-on-Trent for the promotion push when he's back fit, probably taking Gallagher's place on the bench with the loan rule etc.
You don't know whether to laugh or cry do ya?!!

You're getting upset because you think he might be on the bench some time in the future? Do you get upset when you go outside because an anvil might fall on your head like in roadrunner?

Am I the only one who thinks Ant has a bright future ahead of him in the game? Anyone would think he had been sent back to Stoke from numerous lower league sides for not being good enough and that he was only here because his dad was the manager or something! God, Give the lad a break.. He will come good

This is just a broken fucking record ain't it! I don't recall anyone getting on Marcari's sons arses for being wank (which they were). Also didn't Marcari have 3 (or was it 2?) sons sucking out wages to boot? Let me ask all you 'nepotism' folks a question, if you could get your son a job at your place of work would you?

I remember macari's sons scoring goals, or was that a dream? but they didn't hang around forever, this one is a parasite with his mate on decent money and another of the reasons I can't warm to Mr Pulis as a person

Now didn't they score a few goals in Division 3 . .. ooh that's an achievement . . . christ even Greenacre can score in that League! 'his mate'? I guess that is L.Buxton - the player who came on against QPR and steady a sinking ship . . . of course he's wank being played at LB by clueless Boskamp really let him shine.

What price another new contract sneaked through in the summer? He's just the type of player we need for the fringes of a Premier League squad, after all. The Stoke manager also revealed the extent of the injury sustained by his son, Anthony Pulis, who has had to cut short his three-month loan spell with League One Bristol Rovers. Pulis said: "We will give them (Sidibe and Cort) as long as we can although it is going to be a close call, but will give them every opportunity to be involved.
"Anthony ruptured a thigh muscle when he was at Grimsby (during a loan spell last season) and he has had a recurrence of that injury. He's having injections to firm the thigh up, but he won't play again this season."

I see the Sentinel today is quoting TP saying that the thigh injury will stop Ant jnr playing again this season. So not all bad news! EDIT - I see FM has beaten me to it with the news on Ant jnr.
As far as Buxton is concerned - when called upon he has done well in his rare appearences under TP. We've had far worse players than him. He probably has a decent career ahead of him but he may have to drop down to Div 1 to get regular games. If I were him I look out for a Div 1 club who might be in the promotion mix next season.

Northwich - if it was Paul Macari you're thinking of, then it was a dream, since he never even started a game for Stoke City, never mind score a goal.

as who, Pulis Jr. and Macari Jr?
I agree. Unfortunately nepotism and football go hand in hand.
