Bought a PSP go the other week for my eldest for Christmas.
The promotion that they have at the moment is that you can download 10 free (decent) games once you sign up for the PSNetwork account.
Well I've done all of this and I'm still waiting for the activation email. It's been about 2 weeks now - the info says the email could take a month but should arrive in a week.
Just how long does it take to send an email? Glad I didn't wait until Christmas Eve/Day to register.
Anyone else had this problem?

yes mate.I bought 2, one for each of my sons. One redemption code took 31 days to arrive and after 35 days the second hadn't! I rang the technical advice line....0844 736 0595 and spoke to a very helpful chap. Explained how it was an xmas present and I was worried about not recieving my free games. He talked me through the problem and within 24 hours I had my code.
Be prepared though it took me 10 hours on each console to download the games!! Hope this helps.

Thanks! I called Sony and they said that they couldn't do anything until 30 days had passed. So on X-mas eve they will get another call. Unfortunately head office is closed then and they send out the code

same thing - my sister bought one for her lad for Christmas. The 30 days expires on Christmas day so they can't do anything about it til then so no-ones going to be around to answer their call are they?!

Tried them again and convinced them that the 30 days had expired. They then forwarded the case to the team who handle this. Got the code emailed out in 20 mins. Would recommend calling them and trying your luck.
