Why do people keep saying that we have no chance if we fall into the play offs. With the team that we have now I think we would be favourites?

No, its because we have been in such a good position for so long for auto. The play offs are a lottery. It is the form team that does it and we must be, apart from Watford, the worst team form wise at the moment.

What is our cup record like in recent years? Does that answer your question?

We have no chance whatsoever of winning the play offs, because as soon as we go 1-0 up Pulis will have everyone camped out in our own 6 yard box, leading to the inevitable equaliser and possible defeat. Then there's the possibility of a game going to penalties...

We don't want to be going into the play-offs, it would suit one of the teams finishing fifth or sixth but that said if we could get through the first tie, then I would fancy us in a one off final against anyone up there.

No-one Wants To Go Into The Play offs Becuase We Have Had A Taste Of What Its Like To Be In The Top 2. And Its Started To Make People Think That We Will Lose In the Playoffs. I Think We Would Reach the Final.

Depends on the situation after the next 5 games - the only team i wouldn't fancy in the playoffs right now is Hull.
Nobody else seems to be in a rich vein of form do they - id be pretty confident if either Plymouth or Ipswich stumbled into the playoffs but if someone comes out of the pack with 4-5 wins then obviously it'd be very different.
Eitherway, i can see this going down to the last game of the season.

It becomes Cup football and that really isn't our forte. Also our record in the playoffs isn't much to write home about.

Because Pulis is not a big-game manager/motivator. Season long he can often get good momentum from his teams, but when it comes to the tactical cut & thrust of a must-win game he is lacking.
