Huth at right-back,Collins at left-back.Faye. Walters anywhere,Whitehead.
This lot are not at the races and are contributing to our horrific run of defeats and slide down the table. Its quite simple to sort out because at the minute the Defence is simply not doing there job ie Defending,so lets get a unit in place that CAN DEFEND in Wilko Ryan Huth Higgy as it will have balance and leadership.
Carry on as we are then we will go down.
Whitehead/Walters in midfield are so poor its painful to watch and with the ball we might aswell play with 9 men because time and time again they lose possesion with ease.
Team for Brum or when available-
Begovic Wilko Ryan Huth Higgy Pennant Delap Wilson Ethers Jones Fuller/Tuncay
Back to Basics Stoke please.
The shocking refereeing decisions are seriously killing us but WE HAVE to beat those bastards as well then and how great will it be to rise up the league and finish midtable and stick two fingers up to the bosses of this corrupt league.
SO LETS GET READY RUMMMMMMBLLLLLEEEE!!!
COME ON STOKE

You want Decrap in the team how ironic We have really missed Rory for the last two matches. I think we should also restore Ric and Higgy to the starting 11.

mutt here we go again eh,when you take the time to read back at my posts even before this shocking run i have always said Delap in the middle is his best position not right-wing where he is a joke.
But i know why you are crying because even a 300k 34 year old pisses all over your loverboy Whitehead who is fuckin shocking and a liability.
DEAL WITH IT

There was absolutely nothing wrong with Abdy's performance today as far as I could see.
He did everything that could possibly be asked of him.
Collins, Whitehead and Walters is a completely different matter and I agree entirely. Wilson was pretty shocking too 1st half but did play much better 2nd half.
Thought Tunny did well today as well and even though KJ wasn't great, he could have come away with 2 goals.

You're an Abdy groupy. He lost his man (as he so frequently does) for the first goal and then seconds later gave away a cynical free kick when Wellbeck was too qucik for him minutes later, just for starters. He presented them with a counter attack when we were on the attack with a useless hook over his head to one of their players late in the first half. He was sloppy in possession and gave away a couple of needless corners that he should have dealt with better.

It's fair to say we are carrying passengers and if I'm honest I'm not exactly sure what I would select as our best XI as it stands.
Collins was fairly average again, Walters was dire, Wilson improved in the second half to look OK and KJ won far more headers after the break although he was pretty dismal in the first 45 minutes.
I'm not sure how but I still think that if we could somehow find a way to get Ric AND Tuncay on the pitch together we would look a better team.
I'm still not sure what our strongest back four is at present, I actually thought Abdy was alright today but something has to change to stop us conceding soft goals.
Central midfield is a conundrum as well, we've certainly missed Rory in the last two games (and he's still our most effective way to get balls in to the box) so it would be a toss up between Wilson and Deano. Wilson improved as the game went on but I'm still not certain about him at all.
If Pennant is still struggling I think for the Brum game I would go with (assuming Huth isn't suspended for 5 yellows?)
Tommy Wilko Huth Abdy Higgy Tuncay Rory Deano Ethers KJ Ric

The FA can't take us down if we score goals from open play where there is no bumping, barging and goal line scramble involved.
This is why we must move on from total reliance on set pieces, long throws and desperate hoofs into the box.
We adapt or we die, it seems.
Not necessarily fair or just but we appear to have little choice...

Abdy can do a lot wrong in my eyes Rob but unlike many on here, I don't do witch hunts.
I will have to watch MOTD to see the opening goal but from my view IN THE GROUND, the opening goal came down to Danny Collins abandoning his position and man and leaving the centre halves exposed.
The penalty was from Wilson ball watching but I couldn't tell if Huth bought him down or not.
Ironically, I mentioned that overhead incident at the end of the first half at the time. My comment was "I bet those idiots on the oatcake use that as the stick to beat Abdy with". Well done for highlighting it. He tried to help the ball back into the box for fucks sake.
There was nothing wrong with Abdy's performance today, but if the highlights of the opening goal prove me wrong, I will apologise. He is seemingly an easy target at the moment.
Collins, Whitehead and Walters are talentless wasters deserving of far more criticism than they are getting as is Mr Pulis who has not only wasted 11m on the 3 of them but keeps playing them.

Was Collins at fault for their first goal, he seemed to completely miss his tackle - or am I being harsh? I really can't see TP starting Walters on Tuesday - he looked so out of his depth today it was embarassing. Wilson's showing alot of potential for me, I'm much more worried about Whitehead in all honesty. EDIT: I really don't think we'll get relegated, we'll turn the corner soon enough ... the performances are much better than the final results are suggesting - imo.
