I've supported Stoke since the late 80's and cannot ever remember us winning there - anyone know when we last did?

I went. It was 1-0 i think. Mark Walters with a curling free-kick into the bottom corner, in front of the Fulwell End. We had the ace purple strip on as i remember
Or i may have imagined all the above. Sure i've got it right though

Cheers Venice. Nice to know some of my memories are intact
We did the double over them that season. Orlygsson scored that amazing goal against them at home. When Chic was caretaker after Lou had fucked off and left us

Maybe that's an omen - now that we've got another Walters - Jon Walters to score the winner for Stoke today.

Mark's haircut was way funkier than Jon's is though. He looked like the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air

We won there in 78/79 when Bren scored a late header and in 81/82 when Sammy Mac scored.

Good day back in '94. Remember being rumbled in the pub near the away end pre match. Twas strictly home fans so time to move on.. Following the Walters cracker in 94, will we be treated to another Walters cracker 16 years on...

I think that was it Captain. Come out of the away end at Roker, turn left and a couple of hundred yards down the road from memory..
