Can't believe they can afford to spend £250,000 on one player in that league!

i live in Crawley due to work commitments and theyve built a decent side for that league this season, theyve spent some money and got in some top Conference players...one being Richard Brodie who scored against us last season for York.
theyve been knocking on the doors of the play offs for the last few seasons but this season may see them jump them and gain promotion from winning the league.
signing Robert Pires though....i doubt it!

crawley have hit the ground running this year, not sure about this though.
there seem to be 5 or 6 decent outfits in the conference this season, local team here rushden and diamonds have picked up recently and hit the top 6 even with the goalkeeper injured and losing the whole of last season's midfield on a 40% budget cut. just shows the massive gulf between top professionals and those in the lower/non-leagues.

Crawley and Fleetwood for promotion this season I reckon. With Crawley winning the league, and Fleetwood winning the play-offs.
