Man City or Real Madrid I think. They're the only two clubs I think would pay his ridiculous wage demands, Chelsea could probably afford too, but I don't think they're quite as stupid as Man City and Real Madrid in terms of what they'll offer players.
There's no doubt he has been tapped up, he wouldn't be holding Manchester United to ransom if he didn't have an offer on the table from a club. I'm pretty sure it'll prove to be the wrong career decision for him, because I don't think any other manager could keep him under control like Fergie does.

Chelsea or Man City...Either or...

He obviously wants to move for the money but I do think Man Yoo are showing a lack of ambition with the players they have signed in recent years.
I think he'll go to Man City.

I've been saying to my Dad for about 2 years now that Man Yoo are on a downturn and if Rooney left that would seal it imo.I think he can see it and I think he can see that the power in British football is changing. Chelsea, Arsenal and Man City I reckon will dominate from now. Man City and Chelsea through having money bags owner. And Arsenal through good financial management and having some very good young talent.

So, thats it then, he'll go Arsenal for 50k a week because their house is in order financially ...?

You don't need to be intelligent, You just have to know football and he said in May that he hoped Man Yoo would sign 2 world class players, they signed Bebe, Smalling and Hernandez. He knew what they needed and due to them being in the shit financially they didn't get them.
I'm not saying he'll sign for Arsenal am I? I just think due to their financial stability, their very rich owners and very good young players they'll be a force in the coming years. Realistically they need a top quality 'keeper and from there they won't be far off the top.

Sadly it looks like that Chamakh tosser might do that. Ironically I think they could also do with someone like Shawcross too.......

So THAT explains his piss poor form since may then, cuz United signed players that Rooney didn't agree with..? Your saying the power in British football is changing, your alluding to the fact that Rooney, who makes Forest Gump look like Stephen Hawking, knows and recognises this and thats the reason he's spat his dummy, its as ridiculous as the United fans blaming fuckin Colleen for it all...

Ermmmm no, that would down to the injury he picked up against Bayern Munich. Are You a shit fan or something, You're getting very irate about this! ;D Going off what he said in May, I would say that he or someone close to him has realised the plight Man Yoo are in. Without Rooney, Man Yoo are left with Nani and 2 pensioners. It really isn't difficult to see.

For what it's worth bayern ... I think you're talking a lot of sense on this thread.
Once Rooney goes, I wouldn't be at all surprised to see SAF not too far behind him.
Man U in a single word are ... fucked!

Which I think is partly the case but I do think his statement about ambition is bang on and will be part of the reason. That's all. For what it's worth bayern ... I agree Paul, this could a time of big transition for Man Yoo. Rooney, SAF, the Glaziers? Fergie is tomorrow at 10am apparently going to nip it in the bud. The journos on twitter reckon that means transfer listed and they will set the price.

If I thought Rooney had common sense and actually cared then Id say Real Madrid; however he's neither and will grab the money (which I can understand) at Man Citeh.

I disagree but think you and his agent, Paul Stretford, would get on tremendously... What have they done though in the past 2 years that shows ambition in the transfer marker? They've sold 2 of the best attackers in the world and not replaced them and are soon to lose the third. They signed 3 gambles in the summer, one a massive one that Fergie hadn't even seen play. And then there is Giggs and Scholes. They rely on them now and will need to replace them in 1/2 years. What sort of money will they need to do that and have they got it? Have they buggery! Van Der Sar is 40 too and will need to be replaced so that's another expense for a key area. They could lose 4 key players in the next 12 months, that will take, 50-100 million to replace? I can't see it happening. And then with those gone will Nani want to stay? Will Evra? Will Vidic? Man Yoo are due for a huge period of transition and it will take a lot of money (that they don't have currently) to sort it. If You can show me they've been ambitious with their transfers in the past couple of years then I'll accept it.

He played Ronaldo after he clearly wanted away, it will depend upon Rooney's professionalism.
So probably not by the looks of it.
