Just looking at the official website and Rory winning the cooking competition. And i would just like to say what a great professional player he is for us and before. So often players get stick but since hes joined us his conduct, professionalism, attitude to new competition has been fantastic. Hes battled back from a broken leg on his debut to being a major major part in our recent acheivements and is still playing top flight football regularly at 34. Rory your a credit to your profession and in years to come ill look back and think there was a player worthy of our famous stripes. Before i get stick, i just wanted to pay the man a few compliments!! ;D

He is a bit.....you know....rubbish though.... He has admitted today that this season his performances have been below par and you've got to respect im for coming out and saying that. Takes a lot of guts

He is a good player who has played a massive part in our progress - so pleased we honoured our commitment when he broke his leg while on loan.
However, in his off-field demeanour and activities he truly stands out among the modern footballer. He just seems so bloody nice! I'm with you Robrigo...

He certainly has been and is a decent player and he knows how to conduct himself off the pitch too. Its players like him that are responsible for our dressing room harmony ;D

He's obviously a great guy and a model pro but his best days are firmly behind him I'm afraid. Granted he was better against Blackburn but Whitehead was so good I didn't really notice Rory. I think Pulis should be thinking about replacing him in January

Waiting for waddo....are you for real???? A player who has given his all for our club, come back from a terrible injury at an age when most are hanging up their boots. Has continually performed at a decent level even when out of position on the right wing......a bit rubbish??? Idiots like you drive me mad at times....Stoke are currently doing better than any fan could have reasonably expected 5 years ago but despite that fellas like you can't resist a cheap dig at one of the main reasons for our success. And no its not all about his throws, its about his heart, effort, determination and dedication. He's no Ronaldo but then again we're no Barcelona and I for one am happy thats the case.

A top, top bloke who all supporters at this club owe a lot to.
He has been one of the lads who have played a major part in the recent success story at Stoke City.
We salute you Rory!

He was never going to set the world alight, he is not that kind of player and we are not that kind of team. However I do not think we could have asked more from him. Sad day when he hangs up his boots as I feel he embodies everything that is great about our club.
