There was no damage to the car but it was bad enough to injure your back? Don't get me wrong, Insurance is there to be screwed but I don't think you need a story to find out about lawyers for that kind of stuff tinyurl.com/3yhfof6

would you like to expand ??? no. Had my 8 week old car twatted by an inbred farmer last November and now I have to go to Court because he's too thick to accept he was at all in the wrong despite compelling photographic evidence at the scene

So no damage done to your car at all but somehow you're suddenly injured at home?
I smell bullshit and someone trying to make false claims.
We wonder why our insurance is so high it's instances like this and for you trying to rob a quick few grand someones likely going lose their no claims and their insurance double niceeee...

Even if there is no obvious damage, i would get the car checked.
Someone went into the back of me a few years back and there was no visable damage. When i got to work and tried to open the boot i couldnt get the key in the lock and assumed it had just damaged the lock. Got on to the insurance and they took it off to be fixed, saying if it was just the lock ill have it back next morning.
Got a phone call later that afternoon saying they had looked it over and there was so much damage to the underside it would be a write off. Was not impressed!!!

If someone has crashed into the back of you, you can be pretty sure they are at fault for the crash (in the eyes of the law).
There are not many instances where this is not the case.
As for compo, there are millions of companies out there after people in situations like you.
It’s the culture we live in. Where there’s blame, there’s a claim.

Go A&E and have it checked out, then go see your Doc and get a sick note, then call your insurance company and a solicitor, then sit back and let the good times roll, minimum of £3,000.

Just learn all of the following symptoms for nice pay out!! ha ha. Usually your insurance will help you through it.
The symptoms of whiplash often take a while to develop after an accident. Any inflammation (swelling) and bruising in the neck muscles won't usually be obvious at the time of the accident.
It may take six to 12 hours for the symptoms of whiplash to become apparent. The pain and stiffness is often worse on the day after the injury. The pain may continue to get worse during the days after the injury.
The common symptoms of whiplash include:
•neck pain and stiffness, •neck swelling, •tenderness along the back of the neck, •a reduction in or loss of movement in the neck, and •headaches. Other symptoms of whiplash can include:
•lower back pain, •pain, numbness or pins and needles in the arms and hands, •muscle spasms, •dizziness, •tiredness, •difficulty swallowing, •blurred vision, •vertigo (the sensation that your are moving or spinning), and •tinnitus (ringing in the ears). Following a whiplash injury, the dizziness, headaches, blurred vision and problems with swallowing should only last for a short while. See your GP if any of these symptoms don't clear up.
Sometimes, whiplash can cause memory loss, poor concentration and irritability.

Injury lawyers and the like are just a fcuking leech on society's back, the sooner they introduce some form of control over them the fcuking better. They (and the yanks) have made our society into a bunch of scroungers and people who think they can get and deserve a quick buck for fcuk all. You are ruining life in this country, where do you think all the ridiculous Health & safety regulations in every walk have life has come from ??? Hence the reason even those with legit claims are looked upon as cheating twats.

thats the reason i said "Hence the reason even those with legit claims are looked upon as cheating twats".
if you lose money off work or incur expenses then fair enough, but i don't agree with money for discomfort unless its bad enough that you can't work.
