Anybody done this before or know what it entails?
Seen an advert for a steward wanted at a WMC near us and if it is simply running the bar and managing the place, i might go for it. Worked as a chef for over 15 years so have a good insight into the hospitality industry from back of house but not sure about the other side of it all.

My parents used to run blurton private club
Exactly the same thing and members
Basically everything behind the bar is your responsibility including cellar
The other side is the committees domain.
Usually the jobs already done and dusted but they have to advertise
Could be wrong though
