I think he is easily good enough and I've not seen a better left sided midfielder yet this season. Unfortunately I think his age is against him and means it has probably passed him by  |

As long as he continues to play as long as he is doing currently for SCFC I couldn't give a rats ass if he plays for England or not.

It would be great for this football club if Matty got into the England team. Same goes for Ryan but he needs to improve his distribution before that can happen.

Don't think CaPpello has watched any stoke games recently so he has no chance IMO i would like to hope the coach of our national team, who is paid a stupid amount of money for a part-time job, studies tapes of games he doesn't see live in his time off!! but you never know  i'd rather matty didn't have the distraction of the England team. stoke comes first for me, so that's all i really care about |
