I've been away so apologies if this has been posted already but F365 has noticed "Blackburn and Hull are the only two teams to have been beaten at the Britannia since the first week of January."
Regardless of who we have played, that is a very disappointing piece of information.

It's an emotive stat because of the phrase "since January" 'cos it makes you think that we haven't won at home since then, but obviously, it's since January. Having said that, if we beat two teams at home between Jan and the end of the season, you can only shed light on that by asking how many games at home in total we played between those dates and how many of the others were draws or defeats.
Or something. At work <Sunday night pub quiz> fffffffffft.

Well maybe you should tell our manager how to line up as an attacking team should with proper full backs and wingers and we may just score more than 1 goal as that hasn't happened for 8 games apparently!!

I still trust TP. Despite this stat, we are 6 points off top spot!
I also still believe we can get something at Chelsea if things go our way. We will improve and by the end of the season, we will finish around mid table. Shouldn't panic just yet.

Not too much wrong when you actually analyse the 10 games though (counting the City cup game)
Just a couple of disappointing results
1 Blackburn 3-0 2 Man City 1-1 3 Man City (FA Cup) 3-1 4 Arsenal 1-3 5 Villa 0-0 6 Spurs 1-2 7 Hull 2-0 8 Bolton 1-2 9 Everton 0-0 10 Spurs 1-2

I still count the Man City cup game as a win. Edit: I mean league game!

Didnt we beat Arsenal in the cup as well?
Or did I dream that one?

There's no doubt we've lost our edge at home and I'm not too sure how we get it back.

According to the football365.com website only Blackburn and Hull are the only teams to have been beaten at the Brit since the first week in Jan Can't believe that myself but if true not good home form, especially when it's meant to be a tough place to visit!! www.football365.com/story/0,17033,8742_6331389,00.html

Hear what you're saying, Homzy.
But we did deservedly 'beat' Man City in the league as well though - regardless of what Wiley thinks.
Just change one of the other results to a win (and we could easily have nicked the Villa or Everton games at the end of last season and I've got no idea how Bolton beat us), and that sample immediately looks pretty impressive.

Man City 1-1. Should read 2-1. Screwed by Wiley.
Arsenal 1-3. Screwed by the ref.
Spurs 1-2. Deano sent-off for nothing. Screwed by the ref again.
Bolton 1-2. Bit of freak result that was. We should have had that game sewn-up at half-time.
It's not too bad really. The biggest concern is that we still don't have the cutting edge to make our dominance pay in the games where we are on top, as was epitomised on Saturday.

So actually Man city, Arsenal, Hull and Blackburn are the only four teams to have been beaten at the Brit since the first week in January (and if you take it back a week further to the beginning of January you can add Fulham to that list as well). Looking at those results the only one I'm really disappointed with is the Bolton one, but we were safe by then anyway.
Alternatively, you could say that Arsenal (when we were down to ten men), Bolton and Spurs are the only three teams to have beaten us at the Brit since the first week in January.

We can definitely point to a few decisions that have gone against us in those games and I can see why people want to put a positive spin on things. But there's no doubting we weren't as good at home last season and the torrid time our full-backs were given on Saturday suggests we've no longer got as much of a 'home advantage' we did in our first season. We've been worked out there IMO and need to start playing in a different way (as we did for much in the second half) to pick up more results.

In that case everything must be fine as we have only lost to Man U, Chelsea and Wolves away from home in 2010!

We only got 27 of our 47 points at home last year and we actually finished higher (9th) in the "Away league" table, than we did in the "Home league" table.
I'd prefer to put a positive spin on it myself: We weren't as reliant on our home form as we were the season before!
