Vic any day, without hesitation.
Mostly because I could stand, but the location was fantastic as well.

My Stoke supporting years are just about equally split between the Vic and the Brit.
Vic wins no question.

Football should always be watched standing up and The Vic was one of the best in the land, no question beats the Ice box every time.

The Vic wins hands down. The Brit, whilst better than it was, is still a modern 'lego stadium' just like the rest

The Vic Miss the standing and the location of the vic was better. The old boothen end once discibed as "That corrigated shed of a fortess" ;D Don't get that with yer modern day stadia

its got to be the vic for me,i was there in the early 60s in the boothen end, standing shoulder to shoulder, and with 40 thousand fans crammed into the ground,it was a fantastic atmosphere, and also in those days with the away fans jn one half of the boothen end, seperated by a very thin line of police, and so there was battles been fought all throughout the game between both sets of fans, which just added to the brilliant noisey atmosphere,oh how i miss those days at the vic,now i sit on the back row at the brit freezing my bollocks off, listening to the same old boring songs, bring back standing i say and will get more supporters in the ground and stay a bit warmer.and maybe learn to sing some decent songs, like we did in the 60s.

The vic had a greater sense of occasion with its unique stands. I remember when stoke won a corner at the boothen end the fans stamping their fet in the old wooden butler street stand. It made an incredible noise. It must have inspired stoke and put fear in the hearts of the opposition

The Vic every time. Whoever made the decision to demolish it should burn in hell. It should have been given to the people, to become the Northwood stadium of the city in my opinion. Now it's an embarrassment of a stretch of waste ground.
