It feels like we were on a magic carpet then and can't get back on again - like you say, we're not necessarily doing that much differently now, but a few crucial pieces of luck went our way and we had the character and drive to really catch fire on the back of them. But isn't this always what happens when Pulis teams are either on a streak or not??

We've changed some players and the system. We used to play the percentage game. I know I'll probably get hounded for saying this but we were playing a 'Boskamp style', hoping to outscore the opposition. We were doing it, especially with the emphasis on set plays. Our set plays don't even look dangerous any more. He brought Riggot in which has stopped the goals against rot but we've lost 50% of the attacking threat from our two centre halves. We can't have it both ways. Whether Pulis is right or wrong will be decided where we finish up.

It has to be confidence and belief...
After Scunny, there wasn't a single team I thought we should fear. Now, I look at our run-in and look forward more to Palace and Bristol than the 4 games against the bottom 6 sides.
Scary stuff that will test everybody's courage to the bitter end.
Go on Stoke...

It seems certainly to be curse in the championship,i just feel people are so bloody fickle when things are not going well. How these people cope in their everyday lives in the face of any sort of adversity is beyond me.

players are constantly being changed position from game to game, we haven't had a settled side for weeks, certainly can't help, but that doesn't excuse today's poor performance, lack of passion and passing ability from some
