Apparently Pulis withdrew Wilko because he wanted the team to offer more threat from the full-back position. Much the same reason was used for his decision to withdraw Dicko v Watford, and he has continually referred to this when explaining his preference for Pugh at full-back in the majority of our home games.
Forgive me for questioning the messiah, but he practically hounded Hoefkens out of the club because he offered us too much going forward but not enough defensively.
By my reckoning, to be a good liar, you have to have a good memory, and Mr Pulis obviously doesn't.
When has Pugh created anything? He is a shit full-back, and Griffin isn't half the player at right back than he is at left back.
Such comments infuriate me despite the super job that he has done to get this season.
Hoefkens is the best attacking full-back in the league, so why let him go so easily, if he wants his full-backs to contribute to our forward play!
It is comical really!
As for Cresswell, don't get me started on that waste of space.

And people think Pulis is god, what a fuckin idiot he is and has a very short memory like his followers!!!
Great post by the way.
Just proves again what a 2 faced liar the cunt is and cluless in tactical decisions like last week at watford, now what the fuck was that all about against ten men for over an hour!!!
And todays farce proved again he is inept.

The cup tie at the Brit against Newcastle showed us how good Wilko and Dicko are, they kept N'Zogbia and Duff quiet for large periods.
They are my preferred choice of fullback. Griff gets shown up by average wingers far too much and Pugh isn't a left back in any way, shape or form.

Wilko & Dicko are without a doubt out best attacking-fullbacks. They overlap our wingers a lot, provide a good cross and also have the work rate to get back and defend. Griffin is good for experience and making challenges defensively but he is not the same Andy Griffin that once terrorised the wings when he first came from our academy.
Hoefkens would be ideal right now too. He was also really effective on the right of midfield at times, which would be good cover for Lawrence when he's out. Delap doesn't do enough.
By my reckoning today also, I think Pulis is right to have Gallagher as an impact sub. He isn't the same Gally he was when first here, in my opinion.

But, lads, Pulis has got us to the top of the table so you can't argue against the fact that he's right and you're wrong. OS.
