The fact is you just know they would love a scrappy, horrible 1-0 win at Charltontina today but most of them won't admit it.

I was thinking the same thing for the last 23 years, if we can’t go up playing like Brazil then I would rather watch us against Hartlepool or Scunthorpe anytime.
It would seem there are more chokers in the Brazil and Charltontina ranks than in the world one handed prison masturbation championships.

Yawn, Yawn..... the fact that that Brazil fan has mentioned 'Stokie' football means he has recognised our way of football as a successful way to go about things, a no-nonsense style of football that gets results... but will be damned if his Rio de Jenero Carnival, tricksters wud sercum to playing in order to get over the line.... Whatever, good luck with the shite ur playin lately, looks like its workin.....
*Coughs "Get used to it 4-1"

What I find difficult to get my head around is that they actually think they would be so much better suited to the Premier league. It's all well and good being the supposed best footballing team in our division but once you're up there whoever goes up will get some serious tankings. Their "pure" brand of football will be laughed at in that division because they aren't that good, they still struggle to beat teams in the Championship never mind the top clubs in the land. If we did somehow manage to get up we'd get as many drubbings but at least we know where we are in the world and don't live in cloud cuckoo land. Hoof!!! ;D

Except for the grand slam four (and is this Sky admitting that only these four have a chance of winning the Premiershit?)a few teams have made a living hoofing it. Bolton, Blackburn to name two.
It's a case of surviving then evolution not revolution.
We need to evolve not revolve! ;D

I agree completely, it seems they believe all the lines about playing like Brazil now, it’s time they were reminded of a couple of real facts.
The first being if you play like you do now in the Premiership with the same amount of space and time you need in the Championship you’re going to be slaughtered, imagine Brazil defending against many Premiership forward lines as they did against us at the Brit or just last weekend. It would be like Christmas every day for Premiership attacks.
The reality for Brazil is they would be as poorly equipped as any other promotion rival should they go up, the difference some of us know it.
The other thing their supporters should remember next season if they are in the Championship, they wont be funded by the safety net of parachute payments, lets see how many of these players they will be able to hold on to with only their board funding the show.

"I'd sooner watch exciting football than go up playing like Stoke"
You mean the type of exciting football they played when they were promoted under Megson? Does that mean that they'd rather have stayed in the second tier and not had access to the cash that has subsequently enabled them to assemble "the best squad in the Championship"?
Bagtards make me laugh.
