'That was brought to a tragic end during a tiff between you and your much-loved wife which in many other instances would have caused bruising but in this instance caused her death.’ He added: ‘It's an important feature of this case that there's no suggestion of previous domestic violence. 'It's a further important feature of this case that the argument arose very quickly and in your own home. Is it now ok to murder your wife as long as it is in your own home and you have been a good boy before? There is absolutly no difference between this story and someone on a night out who gets in a fight and ends up killng someone, yet because he is a well to do middle class cunter, he gets off with a few months in prison???
