A job oppurtunity has come up. Its a career I've dreamed of, but would probably mean I'd work almost every Saurday. or do I scrap it, and get a ST for next year?

At your age Smeegs you must put the job first. If it is a job worth doing and if you want to do it then go for it. You will be making a decision many of us have had to make down the years. Strange as it may seem, Stoke will be here for years to come and you'll get to see them plenty of times over the next 30 or 40 years of your working life.
The other thing to remember is that if we ARE in the Premiership half our games will not kick off at 3pm on a Saturday anyway. To most fans this is a pain but it might help you and others who work on Saturdays to get to more games. The club ought to do a book of vouchers so people who can't make all the games could buy vouchers for, say, 10 games at close to season ticket prices at the same time as the STs are sold. These vouchers could be exchanged for tickets at any home game. Obviously you wouldn't get the same seat each time but you would pay less than normal match day price.

I would say it is PSCO Smeegs? There are definitely no constable roles available. PCSO applications out on 9th April 2008! Am I correct? If so, go for it. A career is far more important and eventually Stoke can be fazed back in. I had to do it and now I use all my leave on Sat or change my working days!! Up The POOOOOOOOOOTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTERRRRRRRS!

Yes , take it, sorry but you can't let your love for stoke get in the way of a dream job, you'll still get some time off so go to every game when you do , plus not every game will be on a saturday next season anyway

Go for it, Martin. Your life should be in this order: family; friends; Stoke. You'll need a good base to build your own well functioning family, which will lead to many friends and you can top your leisure time up with Stoke. PS, you'd better get swatting on your spelling. desicion? Mick.
