I have to say this, having seen the highlights of the Spurs / Chelsea game this evening.
What a wonderful example Ashley Cole is to the game. Yes a very talented footballer, along with others in his team, but what a spoilt kid is he.
His outburst at the ref following his stud weilding challenge sets a splendid example to the up and coming kids. That game was a fantastic illustration of the Premier League at its best, but tarnished by his behaviour after it. I recall Mr Griffin being shown red a few weeks ago for a lesser tackle, but what gives COLE the audacity to rant off the way he did, is the very aspect of this game which spoils it.
Well done Mr COLE. Hold your head up high and proud, go home to your Palace knowing that perhaps this weekend, kids all over this country will think they can act in the way you did.
What a shining example you are.

Just seen the tackle and subsequent throwing of toys from pram, wonder if Septic Bladder will stick his oar in on this one or will Roman not let him. In my oppinion the premier league is just as corrupt as the Italian league

It was a shocker of a tackle, worthy of straight red.
if Hutton's leg would of been standing, he could have been in serious trouble.
the way Cole reacted to the caution also deserved a red card, of course all the Chelsea players surrounded the referee immediately after the challenge as usual!!!!!

He's a twat anyway, how could anyone cheat on the Tweedy?! The guy was a knob before that tackle.
Once a knob always a knob. Dicko will kick two craps out of him next season
GOARRNNNNN STOKE!!

At the end of the day, if Eustace's & Griffin's tackles were worthy of a red on the day, then so is that ..... he needs bringin down a peg or two, he needs a slap from a right winger...... cock!

Avram Grant (like all 'good' managers) missed the tackle but saw the way that the Tottenham bench reacted - Hmmm, strange that!

Everything that's wrong with the big clubs in the Premiershit was epitomised in that "tackle" and the aftermath. The "tackle" went unpunished, ref unwilling to act for fear of upsetting "a big club" and intimidation by the players.
When we go up, if all our players surround the ref, will we get off scot-free? Of course we will.....not
In response to the title of the thread, yes Ashley Cole is a complete prat!

More likely Wilko than Dicko unless he takes to playing on the right next season ..and that would only be if Cole pushed forward seeing as our full backs would be under instruction to stay in their own third most likely!!

Cole is an arrogant self centred fucker! He epitomises everything that is wrong with the modern footballer. He should have been sent off and dropped from todays England squad. I hope that tart he shagged gave him the clap!!!!

Cole is a complete twat and most people have thought this for a while.
Ronaldo would still be top of most peoples list of football arseholes, but i would rather have him over cole any day of the week. At least with Ronaldo you get some genuine talent and entertainment and while I dont claim to have seen many ManUre games this season, he seems to have cut out a lot of the theatrics that make people hate him.
Also people dont seem to mentioning all the other Chelsea tossers who stormed in (as usual!) to let the ref know how wrong he was to blow up.
All a bunch of money grabbing tossers with over inflated egos.

The Chelsea players were almost as bad as the Southampton players down at the Brit but I think the Saints players just about edge it

Yeah the top 4 always get let off for bad tackles iam sick off it Ashley Cole should have had a straight red car also Eboue should have been sent off for the tackle he did against Chelsea when john terry was out for a couple of months.
