Here's the updated run in comparison. Based on current league position, we have the easiest run in with Ipswich right behind us. However, based on the current form table ... West Brom play the bottom 5 form teams!!! I think if they can stop their current rot, they will have the easiest run in by far. Hull & Plymouth seem to be playing out of their skins at the moment! C'Mon Stoke We can do this!

You're welcome Knowles, If Charltontina & Ipswich don't buck up their ideas, I'm dropping them from the table which means we won't all get eye strain trying to read the thing!

Looking at the form stats for each team's remaining number of fixtures, i.e. last 7 games if they have 7 to play, last 8 games if they have 8 to play, etc, the omens are with us. Based on each team repeating their recent form over their remaining games, the end of season table will show:
Stoke 67 + 11 = 78 Bristol City 67 + 10 = 77 Watford 64 + 12 = 76 Hull 59 + 15 = 74 West Brom 61 + 11 = 72 Plymouth 58 + 12 = 70
Happy days!!!

Please NO!! If we repeat our form of the last 5 games, I think we'll be doomed to playoffs. At the start of this season, can you imagine anyone thinking we'd be dead certs for the playoffs? But now we're here ...... Please Stoke .... Give us something to be proud of .... Champions!!!!

Watford have a really tough run-in. However, like us, they should take 6 points from their last 2 games. We have to make sure we're ahead of them by then.

Looks like wolves are going to have a say in this, as they play quite a few of the top teams.

If purepotters prediction is right this will surely be the lowest points total for a automatic promotion since premiership formed in 92-93 won't it??

I think 78 points will be a record low points for winning the second tier for as long as 46 games with 3 points for a win were played! Now if only Sunderland had not broken our record low points in the top flight, we'd be putting quite a tidy collection.
