Normally I am more of an observer than a poster. But having read a number of negative comments had to put pen to paper or fingers to keys to be more precise.
For me going to Watford was all about avoid losing, a draw would be a great result and a win fantastic. In the end yes the performance wasn't there but we picked up the point we needed. Compare our situation to Boltons yesterday. They also had a big 6 pointer away at Wigan. Wigan go down to 10 men earlier than Watford did, however Bolton end up with 0 points and a larger margin to make up on Wigan.
We are now at the top of the table with only 7 games to go, which is beyond any of our wildest dreams.
As for Tony Pulis, does he bottle it in big games, well if he does, so does West Brom, Charlton, Bristol City, etc etc etc Managers.
Lets just get together (for once) and cheer the lads on for the last 7 games. In the summer we can all have a moan about this and the other but for now lets just be 'SUPPORTERS' and support the club we all aparently love.

By that logic, if football has become a buisiness, then we are its customers and have every right to expect to get what we pay for.

Your right Nick, but I personally paid for a result on Saturday.
I much preferred our ugly (putting it kindly) 0-0, than an expansive, free flowing 4-3 defeat

I'll hold my hands up and admit that on reflection Watford was definetly a point gained.
But for goodness sake, call a rock a rock. Happy clapping for the sake of it won't do anyone any favours.

Well yes obviously before the game statred we would have bitten there hand off for a point but with the game going the way it did and Watford down to 10 men early on we really should have got all 3 points but as you say a point is not too bad at all. Bottom line is that the game against Bristol will have ahige say on the final table and who gets the 2 auto spots

The performance was poor, no to ways about that but we FACT we are top of the table, FACT we only have 7 games to go. It just seems when ever anything good is about to happen some Stoke fans just want to moan for moaning sake.
Football is not a business, if it was the vast majority of clubs would be out of business as the way most clubs treat fans is a disgrace. It is also not like going to watch a movie or Gig where you say that was crap I'll go and watch something else next week. Football is a habit, you get crap treatment, pay over the odds for everything but go because you want to be there when something good happens.
Hopefully that feeling will be with us all in a few weeks.

As you say we can put up with 7 dreadful 1-0 victories until the end of season. I just hope our lack of adventure on Saturday and the potential 2 points missed out on doesn't come back to haunt us.
