This story is gathering momentum www.goal.com/en-us/Articolo.aspx?ContenutoId=621990Chelsea V Barca Final and old Abramovich has booked already the main hotels in Moscow. Let's face it we knew it was fixed beforehand. If our MPs can have a new £10k kitchen every year what chance has the average supporter got to see things done fairly.

I'm just amazed that all 4 English clubs were'nt drawn against each other in the same half of the draw. We've been robbed at club level and international level for years. How anyone hasn't seen it is beyond me.

eh? Hang on a minute, the evidence that the draw was a fix is that one "internet user" predicted it? Forgive me if I'm not on the phone to the anti-corruption unit just yet.

That's not the issue though, if it was just that no one would give a fuck. Why were the bookies not taking bets on something that's 125-1? You would think they'd snap Your hand off trying to bet on something like that but they aren't daft. That's the only reason I kind of believe it.

The article states "The post also said that bookmakers had stopped taking bets." Has anyone checked that? The story lies in what one lunatic on a messageboard (just like the ones on here) said. It would surprise me if a competition that was fixed allowed Liverpool and Arsenal to get to the final three times in three years, and Porto to beat Monaco in the previous final. edited for stats.

If the draw is the only thing that's fixed, every team has to beat every other team - so no worries. Looking forward to Manure Liverpool final. There is going to be a nuclear war

News reports on the 'saga' have stated that bookies weren't taking bets. All seems odd.

If it's in the mirror it must be true.

It also appeared on one of liverpools sites a couple of hours before the draw saying that these seemed to be 'leaked' fixtures. I dunno what it is but it seems like some newspaper local to liverpool is interested in picking up the story as well lol

bookies were quoting between 191/1 and 200/1 yet wouldn't take bets on it the night bfore the draw ?? strange, why even offer the odds then??
tbh i don't see what difference it makes, chelsea and liverpool were both given an "easy" fa cup tie against struggling championship team barnsley and look where it got them.

It does seem a bit dodgey but to TBH they could of just had the draw earlier than stated and what we were seeing on SSN wasn't live.
