I don't like him but can't really quibble at the job he's done this season. Fair play.

That's fair enough I'd say...'Arry has done a decent enough job

Why not..
The team were fucked under when he took them over from Ramos..
Was between him, Pulis ( for the second season success and for being overlooked last season ) and Hodgson ( purely for the Europa, not the prem ) for me this season..

Can't argue with that...or if Hodgson had got it.
A nod in the direction of Alex Mcleish and Mr Pulis for excellent seasons as well.

What's interesting is that, for once, all the money has been on four British managers ('Arry, Woy, McLeish and TP). That probably hasn't happened for more than ten years.

i`d give it to roy hodgson for his exploits in the europa league cup final although droopy the dog has worked wonders at spuds bearing in mind where they were at as a club and team last season.....even though they DID have some fantastic talent doing fuck all for ramos, thats why roy should have got it.

Manager of the year my arse. Lets consider the money he has spent and the players he has brought. All he has done has made better players that he has splashed a bomb on more organised. Crouch/Defoe/Palacios/just to name a few. If he had done it with little money, I could see the reason but his so called star spangled squad could not even motivate themselves to beat doomed portsmouth in the semi final of the FA Cup.

I think Mcleish should have got it, finishing 9th (probably) as a newly promoted club is unreal.

It should have been Woy or Mcleish, Redknapp has spent millions to get where they are, so no great shakes as far as I 'm concerned.
Obvously the real manager of the season is Eddie Howe from Bournemouth, but we all know football does'nt exist outside of the premier league (and quite right too !!) smiley face thingy.

Redknapp's done a good job, no complaints from me. The only other real possible is McLeish. Hodgson's exploits have been in the Europa league, they've lost massive ground in the Premier League and unless they win the Europa they won't be there next season.

Arry has done well but McCleish and Woy are more deserving IMHO.

Ancelotti can do the double and doesn't even get a mention. He inherited a great squad but hasn't spent anything considerable to my mind.

this is the barclays manager of the season so barclays wont take into account the cup games there for hodgson has rightly not won it, i would have give it mcleish if we are going on the prem league

If you factor spending vs expectation then it should have been McLeish. Spurs spent shed loads last year and so naturally should have finished in the top 5 at least.
