I'd love our Tone to get that award.
However I cannot see past Roy Hodgson this time round, the guy has worked miracles at Fulham.

I think Hodgson will get it too. And to be fair, he probably deserves it.

Unless we can get something at Fulham tonight, we will have less points and a lower position than last season, and with our financial security and money we spent in the summer...... I can only see Roy Hodgson getting it

I don't think anyone can complain when Hodgson gets it. What they've done in the Europa league this year coupled with easy mid table safety and a good FA cup run is nothing short of miraculous.
Great article though with a thinly veiled 'fuck you' in the direction of that insufferable oaf, Patrick Collins

As long as they dont take a biased view and give it straight to Ancelotti I'll be happy.

Brilliant article. I wouldn't say our Tone should be manager of the year, but I agree that he certainly should be up there. However, I hate it when people call Stoke a town, when it's actually a city. (and a town obviously, that's in the city)

TP had more chance of winning it last year.
Hodgson McCleish Redknapp
To name three who deserve it more this year.

Nice to see. As a journalism student myself it always amazes me to find such bias in the nations media. It seems the reporting of facts and having a neutral opinion doesn't exist. Papers like the Sun in particular really do my head in.

Liked it a lot, but to say . . . . .. . . . is perhaps stretching it just a bit!

I don't think 'Arry's overachieved with the players at his disposal. In terms of the PL, I think the Brum manager should walk it, but Fulham have done really well fighting on two fronts, so it's a close call. I take issue though with the comment in that article about Hodgson being "uncomplaining". He whinged like a right girl when we beat them in January!

It's great to see our manager talked of in these terms. Although he won't win it, he certainly deserves credit for yet another great season - 3 in a row now. Apart from the usual suspects who are in the tiniest of minorities on this board, we all know how good he is and realise without him we would still be in the Championship right now.
