Kev is going nowhere, sorry to disappoint.
The actual story on the Birmingham Mail website is more positive. The Express & Dingle have put their usual negative slant on it and Sky Sports (notoriously unreliable) have taken that story.
So, in summary, it's bollocks. Kev will sign.

From what I hear he its only a matter of time before he signs a new deal with them. Like that Brazil fan said, the original article is a lot more positive.
