He's an improvement on what we've got.
But I'd prefer Sidwell, O'hara or Jenas.

Agree with PP17 O'hara, and Jenas would be better options because of their age, and Sidwell would command less of a wage as he is not a regular in Villa's squad. Also Parker is very injury prone although has still had a fantastic season for a shite team.

O'hara, and Jenas would be better options because of their age Kevin Prince Boateng is 23. Jamie O'Hara is 23. Jermaine Jenas is 27. I don't really get where you're coming from with that one. Personally I would love to see us go in for Boateng. He's an agressive centre midfielder with a good eye for a pass, a great engine and actually likes to get forward as well, all things that we are crying out for in our midfield. I also think that he would cost considerably less than the two Spurs boys which would free up funds for other areas of the team.

I’d sign him on FM.
Just ‘cus he’s got a good name.
Prince Boateng or Pugh? Prince Boateng or Delap?
Sign him up Tone.

He is rather a tetchy character though and may not be good for morale. O'Hara on the other hand has shown himself up for a fight and would fit in well. I rally don't see Jenas joining Stoke and I certainly wouldn't want us to be in for Sidwell.

Frode my point was they are a lot younger than Parker.

Good player but given most of his Pompey "success" has come, Tuncay like, in "the hole" I don't see him fitting in.

Paul Hart played him out wide didn't he? He's certainly realistic and he's got a bit about him. Decent footballer.
Complete headcase though, and would strop twice as hard as Tun' n Dave.

He didn't really floruish until he played in the attacking midfield role though. I thought he played in that role against us at the Brit as well? Might be wrong though.

He played wide left at the Brit. If you remember, Hart kept swapping him to the other side with Pulis swapping Etherington/Delap to suit.

O'Hara, Jenas or KPB would be a vast improvement on what we have right now, I still think we're crying out of a decent right winger though, someone who's quick, skips past defenders and isn't afraid to come inside of their man.
Yung Chong Lee from Bolton?

Any bloody centre midfielder from the Premiership would be an improvement on what we have at the moment , especially passing wise.
