If Arsenal had Fuller I think they might have won the Premiership.
He would have been more useful to Man u than Berbatov.
What do you think?

Arsenal have one better striker, and he has been out for most of the season. Despite his recent goalscoring form, Bendtner is shite.

Stokeyleight
No I think Fuller is the most creative and exciting player we have had since Hudson.I think that he is vastly underated by the rest of the Premiership. I believe that he would really thrive in a side who played in Arsenal or Man u's style. BUT, obviously, I am talking hyperthetically. When he retires from Stoke we will really miss him.

Ric has scored 4 times past the Arse in the past two seasons and STILL no big money offer from Wenger. Doesn't that useless twat know anything about football? Jesus, it's not as if he could produce a team to go a WHOLE season in the Premiership unbeaten is it?
Fuller has been brilliant for us but he's at the right club with the right manager and has found his 'niche'. A couple of games at the Emirates bimbling around on another planet (as he sometimes has) and he'd be labled their worst signing in decades. I love the guy but some really are in the clouds.

Aresenal’s fringe players to back up their “superstars” aren’t half fucking gash.
Having Bendter as back up to Van Persie is like being dumped by Jennifer Anniston and having Dawn French in the bag as your “safety shag”. If Fuller isn’t better than him, I’ll eat my own arse.
Almunia isn’t exactly the dogs bollocks either but having Lukasz FlappyHands-ski as your back up is fucking woeful. Sorensen can’t control his kicks for toffee but he’d be a million times more reliable between the sticks.
And don’t even get me started on Emmanuel fucking Eboue.
Jesus wept.

Whydelilah: If, by your last post you were suggesting that Fuller would be good 'back up' then I might agree but, if we're looking at 'gash' back up to first team players then Stoke are hardly in a position to frown on Arsenal's collection. We need our first choice team to be bang on song to get a result against their second string in all honesty.

Fuller is dangerous when he's got the ball. When he hasn't he's bone idle. And unless Stoke get there, he's got absolutely no chance of playing in any top 6 or 7 team until he changes

Such as? Robin Van Persie, Bentnder, Vela, all far better than Fuller, who has only scored 3 goals, which is terrrible! Obviously never been to one Stoke game. I actually agree with original post - he would be awesome for a side like Arsenal. Fuller's job for Stoke is to basically be our attacking threat, and carry the team forward. That's been evident for 4 years now, remarkably he grabbed 11 goals last year but i think his contribution has been even better this year, you can't judge him on goals. He could easily be a poacher and net 10 a season in my opinion, and he'd easily do what Bendtner has done if he was at Arsenal, no doubt about that. Because he'd just be a striker there, but he's not simply a striker for us and never has been. You can't honestly say that two strikers who sit on the penalty area for 90 minutes are better than Fuller? If he did that he'd bag the same amount or probably more! This sounds crazy but Fuller's a better allround player than the likes of Walcott and Berbatov. If Fuller was in Man United or Arsenal's team and had the amount of ball that both of these players have, with 5 or 6 team mates constantly around him and making space for him, he'd totally annilihate teams. The only thing which would hold him back is that he is a complete nobhead, but that hasn't stopped others. We're very lucky to have had him for so long.

Yeh, pretty stunning that managers of the calibre of Wenger and Fergy chose to 'throw' the Premier league by signing lesser players that Ric when both could surely sign him anytime they like.
People really do need to get a bit of perspective here.
Ric's a fine player and would have been very much more of a 'star' player but for injuries but he is a good striker at the right club, at the right time and with the right manager. He's in the right place and, if he would make a major improvement to Arsenal, you can be sure that Wenger would have signed him. He certainly knows all about him having conceeded 4 to him in 5 games.

Well Arsen Wenger does and for all the twat faced, lunacy that the dick head comes out with, I do believe he knows a good player when the sees one. History would tend to support that theory I believe.
