I've never liked him myself but the last 3 films i've seen him in (Harry Brown, Sleuth and The Prestige) he's been really good so i'm warming to him in his old age.

Alright film, liked Mr Cain in it but fuck me it's one depressing film.
We've signed up to lovefilm and watched the usual suspects (at last) and taking of pelam 123 over the weekend, good films.

Harry Brown is an ok'ish film for one viewing, it's a bit like a UK version of Gran Tourino with Clint Eastwood. "Get off my lawn" ;D ;D ;D
Shutter Island is the best film I've seen recently. Can't wait to read the book by Dennis Lehane now, along with Mystic River.

HB was more like Death Wish movies imo.

I preferred GT, probably because gritty old Clint was in it. Harry Brown was ok, just expected more, then again I also expected more of GT.
I like a film that has no conscience or morals whatsoever ;D

He's superb in both imo.
