Sadly not a reference to their finances but it seems their chances of joining the English Premier League. Even if they dont make it this season they look nailed on for next, especially if Pompey Hull and Burnley drop I cant see any of those 3 challenging next season and that does leave promotion from the championship next season seemingly relatively easy if Cardiff keep their team together. So come on Premier League executives you have maybe one year to change the rules and pass a simple change that states a club must be resident in england to play in the prem.

If they don't make it this season then administration is a certainty. They have already spent a lot of next seasons money so it's now or back to square one for Cardiff.

I'd like to seem them promoted, always enjoyed our games against them Sorry, but absolutely not! Can't think of anything worse than Cardiff in the Premier League. They've been so close for a few years now, it would be good to see Blackpool sneak past them at the first real attempt - I would love to see Blackpool come up.

I'd like to seem them promoted, always enjoyed our games against them I agree. The spicier the better. Where would you rather we go Wigan away with no one in the home end, no atmosphere or banter or a packed statdium down in Cardiff?

I was thinking to myself the other day I wouldn't mind any of the clubs currently in with a shout through the play-offs getting up.
Forest - would be a good localish one for Stoke Leicester - much the same as Forest Cardiff and Swansea - we'd get good atmoshperes against them and I always like to see clubs that haven't previously played in the Prem get promoted. Blackpool - oh I do like to be beside the Seaside.

if bardiff were to join us next season it would be a toss up as to who I hated the most
arse or bardiff........
shouldn't be allowed in our league anyway - send them to play against TNS!

Precisely, with the history between the clubs I'm sure we'd see some great games. Just think how good it would be to take 6 points off them and send them back down

what would the yanks call it if Cardiff or Swansea get promoted - they currently say 'EPL' (which is fuck eyed annoying) so with some welsh in there i'll hardly be the 'EPL'!!!

Only if the Premier League logo changes to incorporate the English flag, meaning those feckers have to wear the cross of St George on their arms!
Seriously though, I'd be happy to bet that in a two-horse race between administration, or promotion to the Prem for Cardiff, administration wins (bets void if neither happens by 2012 of course).

While they have that idiot Risdale at the helm they will always be in financial trouble. Therefore look out for a fire sale this summer no matter what.
