I would like to congratulate our manager on his performance in achieving his goal for the season yet again. A lot of posters will realise I've never been his greatest fan but its a results business and he's a results manager. Well done Tony.

The game was Pulis in a nutshell - great result, points in the bank, thank you very much, but surely no-one thought it was a good game, the guy in front of me was pretending to beg the rest of his family to let him go home and when the 8 minutes addded time went up people were groaning, 'no more, please'.
I think this is like the question they were trying to ask on P&G - how long will people put up with games like today's if that's the way we get our points, will the majority get fed up of it any time soon as the novelty of the Prem wears off?

I personally think he is Stokes all time best manager. I've never felt so confident with any other manager.
If we were Greek he'd be made a new God. Well done TP and please don't leave us.

Well done TP and please don't leave us. i totally agree, but to be honest in my time as a stoke fan (born 84) the only real rival he has from me is lou lou, but from what my old man has said and videos i have seen etc and the changes in the game since the waddo era i would say he is the best manager we have had

Great stuff lets play tippy tappy sidewards bollocks football. I haven't got a problem with playing direct, the team that is top of the Premiership is as direct as anyone. It's very easy concept, you can't score goals from your own half. Today was a dreadful Hull side and us plaing pre season football as we are already safe. Was never going to be a classic unless Hull really came at us which they didn't.
