Van der Sar already back in training and a possible rescinded red card for Kuszack, still could happen.

He wasn't last man. It was clumsy rather than malicious (unless he deliberately threw his face at Baros' knee?).

he wasnt the last man but that isnt the rule.
he prevented a clear goal scoring oppurtunity by fouling Baros (watch it again,he's nowhere near the ball).

As Rooney was on the goal line , it was not a clear goal scoring opportunity, we'll have to see if Manure appeal I suppose.

German think about the money. I'm sure that Ben's deal, although offically undisclosed, was £1million up front plus other amounts (possibly £1.5million) dependent on appearances for ManU and England. I could be well off the mark though!

RAF It doesn't really matter that Rooney was on the line. A clear goal scoring opportunity would still exist if you still had the goalkeeper to beat. As the defender (in this case Rooney) cannot use his hands unlike the goalkeeper its strengthens the argument that it was a clear goal scoring opportuntity.

Well that's that rumour out the window then. Status it's all about interpretation, I suppose. Personally I didn't think it was a red card, Baros went down too easily, but hey, it's only Manure after all so fuck em.
