Yes...It will come soon. The greed of the Premierships elite clubs will inevitably go down this route if they are convinced that it is financially viable.Already we hear murmourings of Premiership games being played abroad. Is this what the average punter at Man Utd or Liverpool wants to see.?. I don't think so....It is driving a wedge into the heart of British football which upon it's creation, will ultimately mean a top select group of super rich clubs. We are talking 10 or 12 that will be invited....something akin to the Scottish Premier league without the likes of Gretna Green F.C. INFACT ....Rangers and Celtic will no doubt be apart of it...just to keep it interesting and marketable. I'm already bored to tears with Match of The Day....It's blanket coverage of all things Premiership, only serves to create a bigger divide for those 'WIV' and those 'WIV-OUT'. Where would all this leave Stoke City I ask myself...? Somewhere close to where we are now...but with a few more quid in the coffers perhaps...by way of revenue from improved sponsorship by the new Premiership 'B' LEAGUE no doubt. All pretty distasteful stuff for the football purists may I suggest.! What used to be a Knitted scarf and bob hat ..is now a £45 designer shirt embossed with Sony,Phillips or whoever has paid the biggest bucks....Sad...Very sad.!

Greedy bastards the lot of em, especially that prick Scudamore with his 39th game plan, hahaha and i bet they are already plotting so that next years FA cup semis are not tainted by small clubs, something along the lines of giving the so called big 4 clubs a bye to the 5th round and a home tie to boot, i know it sounds fanciful but if they thought they could get away with it im sure they would try to do it,

I think I'm right in suggesting that it was during the Victorian period of our history, that it was first suggested that the state of our national well being, was only as good as those who were on the bottom rungs of societies ladder.
If this concept/anaology is brought forward to today's state of modern day football,... then what is being touted around presently is a retrograde move for the common good of the beautiful game...

I think we will see an extension of the champions league before we see a Prem A and Prem B... A mid week European super league, 20 clubs, proper home and away season, with a playoff ladder for the top 8 or so (similar to AFL)
