Shame! It's been coming since Adam Pearson returned. Certainly guarantees relegation for Hull now. ;D

I mean I hate Hull and Tango but bloody stupid sacking him with only nine games to go, surly what they need now is stability and not trying to get used to somebody else's tactics, there simply isn't enough games left, Newcastle tried this last season with their messiah and look what happened to them.
I think this is the final nail in Hull's coffin, silly decision at the wrong time.
If Horton's in charge it is for sure.

poor decision IMO - timing wise at least - hes banking on the 'teams always win a few when the manager is sacked/ leaves' but thats actually not really that true!

Plenty of other exciting career opportunities for Browny anyway. Manager of Tanfastic, Oompa Loompa, Belisha Beacon...

Last desperate 'throw of the dice' by the Chairman IMO but not sure just WHO he thinks will come in to save them. I have no great affection for Brown but I doubt that this decision is a good one in terms of timing. I'll gladly eat my words if someone comes in and keeps them up but I very much doubt it will happen. The Chairman could justify sacking him had they been relegated but he would have been worthy of praise had he kept Hull up for a second successive season. It's easy to take the piss where Brown is concerned and he has often been his own worst enemy, but this is a poor decision on their part at this time IMO.

Bad decision on Hulls part. I'd rather have some stability toward the end of a season than uncertainty.
This will Give PB the freedom of his fake tan, Britney mic and being on SSN every 3 minutes. Free from Pearsons reigns ;D.

Surprised they didn't wait until they were playing us next game as that is what usually happens, Stoke next, get him sacked and new manager great performance syndrome kicks in.
As the old saying goes though lads... You can't polish a turd.

What a stupid thing to do. 9 games left, they'll go down who ever they bring in so may as well have kept Brown who has taken them out of the Championship before.

Fantastic news for me. But I don't think it's the right decision to be honest. Wait til the end of the season and then decide, after the season finishes. I can't see this doing anything for the teams moral at the moment.

I don't dislike him half as much as I did this time last year.
Since Pearson has reined him in, and we've got a close-up view of a REAL piece of work, in Wenger, Brown has started to grow on me.
I even feel a bit sorry for him.

They may as well have stuck with him until the end of the season, stupid decision if true. What sort of manager are they expecting to join in time for Saturday's game? I can't see anybody with the ability to save Hull wanting to go there at this stage of the season with the possibility of Championship management next year.

I bet Pearson thinks with the fixtures they have left they have a chance with a new manager in charge and i can see Paul Jewell coming in with his connections to Pearson although their record at Derby was dreadful.

I actually taught Pearson was doing a good job at keeping tango quite in recent months and he isnt nearly as hated as he was but this is a ridiculous decision by Pearson. The only thing that i can think to explain the decision is that they have a replacement waiting in the wings. Could be the likes of Megson, but regardless i think that they would have stayed up with Tango and that they will now go down

As a warm up before an important match was hee not the one who took the team for a walk around the City?? How come Bullard and Barmby had a public punch up?
I think he has lost the plot ages ago and is a liability. Only surprise is its taken this long.
The guys an arrogant no brains.
