Tone bringing on a 17 year old. Are you Wenger in disguise?

He's not exactly aesthetically pleasing is he? Looks quite a sharp and tidy player to be honest. Good luck to him.

I think we will see a lot more of Lewis Moult, Ben Marshall and Matty Lund next season. Wengers missed out on these kiddies.

How did he play?
I noticed he's zoomed onto the bench, and now has got a game. He must be doing alright
I always thought arismendi would be the first youngster on

Do you think Pulis was trying to do a Moyes against man u, bringing on gosling and rodwell who both scored.

No doubt brought on to harass their back four and defend from the front.

3 players from our academy tonight playing in a Premier League game. Well done to Louis! Lets hope that this is the start to a bright and successful career at Stoke!

he looked likely and seemed to control his nerves well. shame he didn't get much more of a chance but i can see it being the start of things to come in the run in to the end of the season.

when he was waiting on the half way line to come on you could see the nerves but also a bit of excitement, i was willing him to score .

I'm pleased to see him progress and it's nice to get your debut in, even just to be involved on match day, but not likely we'll see him too often unless current forward injuries persist - and I think that's right, he's got a lot to learn. Maybe a loan next season will see him develop, a la Shotton, and Marshall.

He did alright really, got a talking to by Howard Webb for tussling in the box for a corner in his fist few minutes and looked lively. Definatly one for the future if we can mould him right.

looked quick and had a good touch, but we didn't see enough of him, Tuncay was shagged towards the end of the second half.

5/10 in The Sentinel. Pretty harsh on the young lad. He was only on for about 8 minutes, but didn't actually put a foot wrong.

Can't believe TP brought on a 17 year old in the premiership game for the last 8 minutes when the game is still in the balance. I think it is great news, shows faith in his character and ability. Well done Louis and Well done TP!!!

Fanbloodytastic!!! This makes my day! Local youth, local club and despite my reservations about Tony Pulis's commitment to youth, that I shared directly with Peter Coates, Pulis has silenced the doubters. Well done to all!

I know you get a good wedge for each prem place you finish however in the long run we will gain more by playing the younger players in the dead rubber games that we have left.
cant see any point giving Beattie 1 mins action,Moult should be above him in the pecking order till the end of the season
season long loan at champ or lg 1 club next season sound right to me.

brilliant news for the lad, what an encouragement to other young lads, if your good enough, your old enough.
But as a Moult myself im not surprised that one day a MOULT would make it to the top flight, but i cant tell you how pleased I am (being an exile stokie) to see Louis Moult doing well.
