Interesting discussion on Radio 5. Apparently Harry Rednapp deliberately set out to sign bigger players to create a more physical team at Portsmouth this season. He felt they were missing out on points simply because they weren't big enough or strong enough for the modern game.
And when you look at Arsenal (beautiful football from a generally big side), Chelsea (successful powerful side) and all Martin O'Neil teams maybe he has a point.
Does this make TP some kind of visionery in the modern game's great thinkers?
