Surely it makes me more of a fan that I've given up watching a top champions league side like man utd to go and watch Stoke instead. If you've seen Stoke in the lower divisions, what you're watching now is almost a novelty, something to enjoy. But to go from a side that wins week in week out to go and watch Stoke, you've got to admit takes real commitment No. It takes commitment to watch Stoke get hammered 4-1 by Bristol Rovers and still going next week. It's making the trip to Plymouth on a cold mid-week night. It's watching the club struggle in the second division play-offs and still renewing your season ticket despite staying in a shit league. THAT is commitment. Not watching Man United on the tele is hardly a massive sacrifice is it? I'd go to old trafford once a season, which was expensive enough, on top of that include the cost of travelling down from Stoke, so it wasnt just wasnt just watching on tv as you put it. The sacrafice is I've given that up so that I can watch Stoke. And after that sacrafice, isn't it only fair that I get to see my team have some success?

Yes, and it's not cheap. I spose that's one benefit of going to Stoke now they're in the premiership. Cheaper tickets and I still do get to see man utd once a season

"City till I die" ;D ;D ;D
No problem from me if you've given up on Manure to go and watch Stoke. Stoke on Trent should be able to attract locals to support the local team and there will be newbys every season. But FFS, this is not how to make the switch. If you are local and/or have a genuine connection then you will follow Stoke through a bond, a type of band of brothers. Slagging off the likes of Fuller, etc in your early posts and then trying to knock down anyone who stands up to you without a good, solid argument is just a piss take. And we still argue with you!!! ???

This dude's great. ;D
Expects and demands immediate success after jumping ship and yet thinks we'll get a dicking tomorrow.
As for his definition of commitment, well that's just classic. ;D
