Has there been an official announcement yet regarding how long season ticket holders have got to claim their seat & when they go on general sale?

8 games in February and a possible big cash pay out at Chelsea a week later if we beat Citeh.
I think we might struggle for anything more than we got against Arsenal. Citeh will sell out as it's cheap compared to what they've been used to for years, but I really don't think we should have gone over £15 for this.
You can't say Citeh need the dosh from ticket sales, and at the end of such a busy footballing month it might be a game too far.
I think some will hang fire on this game and then spend on a day out at Chelsea. Hope I'm wrong, but I think we've missed a trick here.

well ui think we have missed a trick on this one. TP is forever saying that we are the 12th man, the away support is always fantastic etc.
We have made our budget for the Fa Cup this year i assume, not spent too heavily on transfers this season, and i think the club could use this game as a thankyou and also give the team the best chance.
No sure it will sell out, but i hope it does.

If City can sell 4800 at £22 then its a good deal for all concerned. We really should be getting 20k home fans in for a match like this. I'm going anyway.

I'm going, but yet again we'll get the usual penis-measuring on here in the build up.
The club should have priced this, if possible, at £15 and £5. It's not just a case of this match but taking others into account too.
We win and you can kiss goodbye to £45 a ticket at Chelsea plus transport, refreshments etc. Probably best part of £100 on a football match isn't cheap in my opinion, quarter final or not.
I don't think we'll sell out and if we don't then the club needs to have a look at itself over pricing.

maybe the 2 clubs agreed before Saturdays match that should it be a draw the prices will be the same as what they were on Saturday?

But to be fair, pricing for FA cup matches has to be made in agreement with the visiting side, so Man City could have vetod £15 for all we know. After all if they can sell out at £22, they arent going to give a fuck how many Stokies can afford to turn up - in fact the less the better.

With it being on the Wednesday does that mean it's on ITV1 as well?

The clubs have to agree on a price so perhaps some are being a little quick to say "the club has missed a trick." The figure of £22 is a strange amount which sounds like a compromise figure to me.

With it being on the Wednesday does that mean it's on ITV1 as well? No that's because Man City are playing Sunday. There is absolutely no reason to think that we'll get anywhere near a sell out at those prices. If it's on Tele it could be a little embarrassing.

Why would Man City agree a price to suit Stoke fans? They'll agree a price at which they think they will be able to fill their own allocation so they have the max number of their own fans in the stadium. Once they have done that why will they worry how many Stoke fans attend? Other clubs might want to maximise their share of the gate - that is irrelevant to a club like Man City.

But perhaps the club can put subsidised transport onto London after we banjo Citeh?
<I will still be going on the rattler to Euston though. Great entertainment>

The replays that have been on ITV1 have been on the Wednesday though I think. So it could well be the case that this one will be too with it being on the Wednesday anyway.

Saying that is their Champions League on ITV on the 24th?
edit-there is Inter vs Chelsea. So it probably won't be on ITV1.

<I will still be going on the rattler to Euston though. Great entertainment> You can get the old Pendalino from Stoke to Euston for about £40 return on a Saturday, and do the jouney in about 90 minutes. (plus the £5.60 for thr tube) Pretty good value for money IMO. Plus it can be a right laugh on match days.
