Drives me round the feckin bend.......
Went to buy Man C FAC tix before & after the game on Saturday - before the game they told me they couldn't sell upper tier until lower sold out, so went at 5.30 to then be told my lad, who has been to each and every away game that I have (7) that he's 2 short of the 7 needed "according to the system"????
SO not having the stomach for a row and the pub calling left it until today only to be told "oh upper tier sold out" - which you would assume means ALL sold out as they have to sell all lower before upper go on sale, but HEY PRESTO you can have lower tier WTF....!!!!! Although I know I should have got em yesterday, something stinks about this.....
Last 2 times at City we've ended up on row A & B and it was SH1T view & SH1T atmosphere and hence the wait for upper....
Anyhow, not wanting to cut me nose off to spite me face I've had 2 on one of the back rows LT......at least there'll be some sort of perspective......but seems there are lies, damn lies and the Ticket Office.........
Christ on a bike......

Better off at the back of the lower tier, my mates went in the upper tier in the league and got loads of grief off the stewards, we had no probs back of the lower tier and not a bad view

I was on the very back row of the lower last season and it was pretty poor to be honest. The overhang of the stand above meant you felt as though you were completely out of the atmosphere.

kidcrewbob, you and your lad really should check your purchase histories (on scfc direct) after each away ticket purchase. Then there should be no nasty shocks when you buy tickets - AND you can immediately complain to the club when a ticket you have bought fails to show up on the purchase history. It has happened to me a couple of times in the past two seasons that the purchase didn't show up and they have corrected it when I got on to them.

I brought my ticket last week when they came available and I was given the choice of lower or upper...... So defo sounds like some inconsistancy.

They just gave me my ticket, didn't ask me, but I'm sure if I had asked for an exchange they would have given to me. in ten or so years of getting tickets from the ticket office, ringing up. I've only ever have had one issue, thats when margret thought I was too young to be able afford to buy 4 tickets for a game. Always sorted out any problem, swapped any seats and dealt with things quickly and efficently for me. I must be one of the lucky ones
