But if he doesn't want to stay, or if Spurs want him to go elsewhere, it still seems possible he could be going somewhere else.
Portsmouth have received Premier League permission to extend the loan spell of Spurs midfielder Jamie O'Hara if the clubs reach an agreement.

Yes very true mate, hopefully we are able to have a meeting with him and persuade him to come here rather than pompey, fingers crossed, hopefully well know more later if/when Dave comes on!

I think if we just guarantee to pay his wages on time every month we may have the edge.

It's a shame but if we really want him what's stopping us?
Would be a very good addition to the team.

Doesn't O'hara fall into the only two clubs per season rule, even though he played only one match for Spurs in the league cup?
I see Prince Boateng comes into this category as well,

Just said on SSN that unless Pompey overturn the transfer ban they can sign no-one including loans and re-signed existing loans. polo don't know whether loans count towards the 2 club rule or not but if thats right then Kitson can't go anywhere in January other than to Boro can he.

No idea mate but I saw something on an article on Pompey stating that Boateng can't move again having played for two clubs already this season, anyone know the in's and out on Loans or transfers concerning this rule

I think players can't have registrations held by more than two clubs in a season.
