good player but doesn't seem very willing to fight for his place so may not fit in the TP work arrrrrd mould

Very good player, but his position is one that we are well set in with Ethers and I think there are clear areas of the time that need more attention - ie CM.
Concentrate on there and up front for me.

If we were raiding Wigan, i'd have Scharner first on the list.
Plus, he'd get priority with TP anyway as he can play CB.
Charles "Insomnia" (isn't that what Kinear called him ? ain't a bad player though but, as you suggest, i also think he's a bit of a whinger.

A bit of a whinger! He tore us apart down the left whing. Sign him up TP gloryhunterhater: don't disagree fella, and as i say above, he "ain't a bad player" but i do think he'd be a potential moaner groaner type off the pitch.
Would be a step up from Daryl bleeding Murphy though (see DV thread).

A good player, but one that would want to be starting every game.
Seeing also as Kinnear is just like Pulis, hard work ethic etc etc i don't see the move happening.
Also (although i'm a stoke fan) i see Blues (this season anyway) as a more attractive option if i were a player. I still think it's an uphill struggle to get anyone to sign for us!

We can't compete with Birmingham.
Financially, we are nowhere near them. They will now be on a totally different planet.
Figures of 40M+ being available in one transfer window alone are being mentioned. We've just about done that in 18 months and 3/4 transfer windows!

Don't get caught up in all this Brum money. Is this the same bloke that fooked about for about two years saying he is, then isn't taking over of Brum. If he had the money he would have took over two years ago.
Macleish on tele this morning saying 'we don't need to spend the reported £40m now.' Suprise,Suprise eh!!
No doubt the owners managed to grab a bit of money together over the two years he's pissed Brum about, borrowed from here, borrowed from there, come in said the right things, promised the earth.
All i say is, let's see over the coming year how much they do actually spend and where they end up.

I'm pretty certain that N'Zogbia has played on the right too. Infact, he scored a goal cutting in from the right against Liverpool at Anfield this season I seem to recall.
Good player.
