I wasn't aware that we had been linked with him. Interesting that I have also been told about Burnley's interest.
He seems to have a bright future, and he obviously has something to motivate him...the World Cup!!

I can't remember hearing anything about this guy, or seeing him play. But, the City fans seem to like him and he's an attacking midfielder, who can play across the whole of midfield apparently. Sounds good to me

I thought he was predominantly a right winger but looking at those links from Grapey there seems to be a suggestion he's possibly more suited to the left? Anybody?

Anybody? i think he usually plays on the right, cus he's right footed - but he often gets stuck out on the left because he likes to cut inside a la ashley young. seen a bit of him recently and he's fucking great to watch! very quick, lots of tricks and flicks - bit of a ? over his final ball though, seems a bit rushed on the right-side (like lennon until recently). would be an interesting one anyway

I hope you're right Knowles, he looked quality when he came on for Man City against Arsenal.

There was a page article on this guy in the November issue of World Soccer Magazine, in their "Upcoming Talents" section. Claimed that the fans werent pleased with him being put in the national team as his dad is the manager, but turned all opinions of him round within two matches. One of which was away at Northern Ireland in which he gave Jonny Evans the run around for the whole game. Supposed to be a signing light from the Man City academy system. Scored the winning goal in their FA youth cup win last season.

He's on the bench for Citeh tonight in the televised game at Spurs. Benjani is also surprisingly named among the seven replacements.

Well a player quite often signs a new deal before they go out on loan. A sort of safety net for the parent club in case he likes playing every week and wants to leave to be able to do that

Hopefully that means that he is now going out on loan, and to us

Good young boy who may well have a future at Citeh, so long as they carry on bringing players through now they have pots of cashish.

I was at the Citeh v Scunthorpe match and he was outstanding when he came on. You wouldn't want to defend against him on the right and Mattie on the left.
Does he work aard though?
