My X-Box basically at my Pre-Evo 2009 and left a deep, circular scratch all around the CD. It has pissed me off to say the least. Is there anyway to get a refund or anything because the machine fucked it over.
Cheers.

I thought the xbox disc scratch issue was if the machine happened to be moved from horizontal to vertical positions and vise versa during it was on? Havent got an xbox but had similar issue with my PS2 and GTA San Andreas disc when a friend decided to knock over my console while pissed and playing the game. I wasnt amused

These scratches are usually too deep to be fixed by those machines, as they just take a couple of the layers off and replace them, knocking the xbox when its on usually makes a much deeper scratch. I'll always be gutted that when I got Oblivion as I sat down knocked it over and caught it which was worse than letting it fall, when I opened the drive the game was sliced in two.
