Yo Stokies,as a brighton fan who has been there done that I feel for the Argyle fans, players and staff being shafted by "the system",always enough money to pay the administrator and Risdale his "expenses" but nothing for the team or the backroom staff. Yea I know, you and Plymouth got manager history and you are riding the Premiership wave and why should you care? 14 years ago we(Brighton) were in the sh1t and a Plymouth fan came up with the idea of a day where fans of other teams would come and stand shoulder to shoulder with us,in their own club colours,Fans United. Now it is our turn to repay the debt and ask other clubs to join us at Home Park in showing that Fans United Will Never Be Defeated. www.northstandchat.com/showthread.php?212719-Fans-Re-united-24th-September-Home-Park-Plymouth If you are Stoke and in the Plymouth Area please join us,in your Stoke shirts before watching your game against Manure on sky.

Wasn't so long ago that a poster on here was saying that Plymouth were the club that we should be looking to emulate.
I do like Plymouth and really hope they can dig themselves out of this rut. Let's be happy how our club is run yet some still moan which says a lot when you see their plight.

Only if fans work together to shame the F.A. into action, through the publicity events like this could create can Plymouth fans force the F.A. into protecting Home Park from shysters.

I remember plymouth fans signing " were not boring anymore"... maybe they wanted to be boring... Indeed, how the tables have turned. However, I do wish that I could be there because I do feel for the supporters of clubs like Plymouth. In the end it is the fans who are robbed of their football club and the poster is correct in stating that the FA need to be shamed into doing something. Football is top heavy financially, too much money at the top and not enough at the lower ends of the spectrum.

Plymouths debts are nothing compared to your fee for Crouch and are largely due to signing up to the failed World Cup bid, The Club has an asset, the ground, that vultures would love to gain control of. Plymouth players have gone unpaid for months, staff even longer,Peter Reid is digging in his pocket to pay day by day running costs. If you care about football and are in the area turn up,if you are not able to go and are touched by the plight of Argyle and feel you wish to help. This fund is ring fenced by fans, for giving help to backroom staff unpaid for getting on to a year. www.pasoti.co.uk/talk/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=51722

Yeah but Stoke are a massive club with fans throughout England so I am sure their will be many Stoke fans in Devon who could turn out before your evening game. But if you can do nothing else,Go to the game or feel the need to chuck a few quid Argyle's way.
We can all pass on the message to fans of other clubs.I am Brighton but visit this board, Pass on the message on other Clubs boards.

You know there are few clubs I have no time for but this lot can go do one. Horrible club with horrible fans in a $ hit stadium.
Oh wait a minute this isn't Sunderland, sorry!

All a bit unnecessary that folks. If you can't contribute, you can at least empathise. Or have we become big time charlies now we've splashed some cash? How quickly we forget our roots.
Good luck Plymouth, nice work Brighton.

I used to really like plymouth, had some really good players and always gave Stoke some good competition. Shame to see what has happened to them in recent years. I think the idea of helping a fellow club is great. Forget fan rivalry, at the end of the day, football is football and it would be sad to see any team go under.....although I'm undecided on utd haha!
