Give Salif a chance. Even though he's not quite fit or sharp enough yet, you still see glimpses of his class. He will get better, and alongside Whelan looks like a well balanced centre mid. A lot of us, me included, were quick to knock Rory, but he played through niggling injuries, got his fitness back, and now looks a comfortable anywhere across the middle. Salif needs games AND confidence. Everyone stay positive and keep off his back while he comes back to top form. Having said that, think TP will start with the side that finished against Scunny, with Dicko in for Pugh. This game is so important, why play him for Gods sake, its not a charity. He is not up to the mark yet(if he gets there) then he is a risk to a team striving for automatic promotion.

Moorlander
Know exactly what you're saying and it's a difficult balance.
But if Sal gets the chance to get back to form, we will be stronger.
Maybe one of the reasons we concede more this season, is because he screened the back 4 so well, and broke up so many attacks last season.
It's not like he's a complete liabilty after all.
