Paris is all well and good murph but does it have a KFC that you can frequent in an hour of need. 😀 Well, I'm afraid I don't know about KFCs or Burgeries, etc., Okes, but there are certainly plenty of Patisseries full of tempting baked deliciousness….. ....which coincidentally leads me on to an emailed USA article I received yesterday & which, for your delight and delectation - (** now you all have to go "Oooooooooh!" **) - is as follows! Which Pie are you, according to Your zodiac sign? 'Let the stars pick the perfect pie recipe for your next baking day. From classic apple pie to creamy and savoury chicken pot pie to delightfully bright lemon meringue, find out which pie is right for you based on your zodiac sign.'
What a load of total & utter rubbish. I'm apple pie, btw. Wooooo, 'ang on a min - on the apple pie recipe page it says: 'The warming spices are reminiscent of the warm and loving personality of the Sagittarians themselves.' Oh, (**looks smug**) they got that one right, then…. pity they forgot to include our all-round brilliance & amazing modesty. Anyway, here you are, pie people - find out which one is yours: www.foodnetwork.ca/fun-with-food/photos/pie-according-to-zodiac-sign/#!Aries-Cherry-Pie
I'm a Capricorn murph it says..... CHICKEN POT PIE....Practical and disciplined Capricorns don’t have time for fussy latticework. That’s why they’ll love making this pie that they can gobble up for dinner after (plus – it makes for great leftovers). All the comforting goodness of chicken soup comes together in this savoury pie........it's bloody spot on......I like chicken and I have to say I have got a penchant for pots. 😜

It's temporarily stopped raining in Wales. Does that mean a heatwave.

Key Lime pie. Which I can take or leave tbh. Nice fresh, conna be doing with the US baked versions.
I'm Aquarius btw. "Aquarians are bold and like to take their own path". Can't argue with that. Unless someone else agrees, in which case I'll argue.

And now for something completely different: "Ooh la la. Jaunty accordion music. Check tablecloths and candles in wine bottles. A waft of smoke off a couple of Gauloises". Can you see what it is yet? I thought you might like a quick little Monday afternoon sightseeing trip to 'gay Paree'. This clip is called '10 best places to see in Paris'. I'd agree with most of the choices, but the more 'red-blooded / ever-so macho' amongst you (so that's most of you, then) might be absolutely pig sick a tad disappointed that there's not even a mention of the Moulin Rouge, much less a clip from a live show. Sacré bleu. Désolé….. Try to enjoy yourselves, anyway. Fond memories of Paris having had to walk around it for an entire day with two mates. We were on a two week cycling/camping holiday and because of a balls up by the staff at Victoria station we arrived at the Gard du Nord at the correct time in the morning and our bikes and kit weren't going to turn up until the evening. Not getting killed crossing the road over to the Arc d'Triumph was a highlight. Mind you murph a diet of red wine and tomatoes isn't recommended.

Well they're good if you have other things with them, Chuff..... Picture the scene: Hot day, lunch outside: Greek Salad with tomatoes, crusty baguette, salty butter, glass of red. Niiiiiiiiiicccce. Well it would be if I wasn't still off the juice (**swears**).

Right, pin yer lug 'oles back, children - significant anniversary alert: Ulcergate.
It was exactly one year ago 2nite (well, to the day but one year 2moro to the date) that yours truly swapped the usual back of the Roller for the back of an ambulance + a stretcher en route to the big stripey place for a week-long stay.
Knew you'd want to know. And I'm still off the sauce. Think I'll put this on EEFC too, as that was where the news first broke.

For tea I’ve got two options. Homemade Fishfinger wraps with tartar sauce shredded cabbage and tomato. Or homemade meat feast pizza. It’s getting late so need an opinion ASAP?

Can anybody help me?
I'm trying remember a brand name from the mid to late 90s, I think it was a skateboarding brand, the logo I believe was a dude with a bucket hat and straw looking hair, possibly baggy jeans also. It's been pickling my brain for a while.
