Who else agrees that Walsall's following today was nothing short of pathetic when you take into account the short distance and the fact that they too had the cheap ticket deal?
I was hoping that with the away side benefitting from the cheap tickets too (as didn't always happen in the past, remember Bristol Rovers moaning a few years back when their fans had to pay full price when there was a similar deal on) that they'd bring a healthy following of around 2000 or more which would benefit both the crowd figure and the atmosphere.
I don't think there was much more than 1000 in there today which is piss poor when you consider that they think of us as 'rivals' and they had the cheap tickets.

Yep, it has to be said that the Walsall following was, well, pretty wank really.
Credit to those who did turn up though!

The only reason I can think is that they are on a bit of a shit run at the moment. I think today was the fourth game in a row that they have lost.
It's not a real good excuse, but it's the only one I can think for the poor darlings ;D

Isn't this thread about pathetic away followings?
What's your point?

I just want to know how many were at Crwho? today that's all. Is that such a crime?

Its not relevant to this thread though is it? So this would appear to me to be an inappropriate forum to discuss it.

Well it's not really relevant to this thread but just to stop a pointless argument, the Crewe crowd against Millwall today was 6,685

RRP - If you want to discuss our crowds, then I'm happy to oblige. But as the 'man who can' says...
Not really relevant is it?

Look at some other posts. Many of them digress into other subjects after initially discussing some other topic. It happens. I notice none of your trainspotters of been on here lately after your dramatic slide down the table?
