I think that the shop staff were correct in stopping anymore people coming into the store as they are entitled to finish work at 530pm. If they had let you in then another and another would have to be served so where do you draw the line?? There is nothing worse than working overtime for no extra pay. The store is only licenesed to trade until 530pm probably. If you worked in a factory i bet you would clock off at your exact finish time. At the end of the day if you really wanted a ticket i'm sure that you could get a friend to buy you a ticket isnt that what friends are for? Well done Stoke City 100% correct decision.

IF WE GO UP??? WE WILL GO UP
Dont be so pessimistic about things, your so negative. you need to get out of your bedroom more and leave your xbox alone. Thats why you have posted 3 more time the amount of posts on here than i have.
and in answer to you question no i wouldnt be able to go next season anymore than this season. My accountant has 4 season tickets at old trafford and i can go anytime i like (with in reason) but i cant due to business and i dont because stoke is my team!

you would think he could nip out in his lunch break if it was his own business why do people think because you work for yourself you can have as much time off as you like?? start when you what, have a 2 hour dinner if you want. it dont work like that.

The fact of the matter is, their jobs probably don't depend on how many tickets they sell. Why should they stay open any later than what is posted to make your life easier? If they let you in how many more should they let in? We went for our tickets on Saturday morning. There were three people ahead of us. Of course that was BEFORE City won. I wonder just how many would have been queing up today if they had lost ? Ticket office is open 6 days a week so I am sure you could have found time before today? Just because you can't take the time out of your busy day...doesn't mean the staff needs to stay any later than normal. Sorry just my opinion.

I've heard of this great invention called the telephone, and this even greater idea called using it to book tickets over the phone, given the price of fuel these days its probably cheaper for almost everyone to use the phone and collect from the Pre-Paid collection booth
