definatly, the main mario games for the nintendo consoles are always brilliant,

As have, a Super Mario Bros side scroller (like the original and the ds one) for the wii, and a new Zelda and Metroid.
As much as Nintendo stick to the same old guns, they do it well. Although I didnt enjoy Twilight Princess or the Metroid Primes. I do think they are running out of steam a bit, but Mario is always good.
I rate the N64 Zelda and Mario were the pinnacle of the two franchise's, that they'll never be able to better.

I dunno, I do worry a tad with this sequel idea. I loved Galaxy but the whole point of a new Mario game is to push boundaries and fans always love the inventiveness of the new games, and I can't just see how doing the same thing as Galaxy can do that any of that.
It will be awesome no doubt about it, but disappointing at the same time with it no trying something new!
But least it won't be as bad as that silly 4 player Mario game, that looked horrible =/
